The Regular Season in SBL is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 7 rounds. Host teams show no mercy winning all games. The round 37 was rather boring as all games ended with very predictable results.

Leader Kosice delivered the twenty eighth victory on Saturday night. This time they beat 6th ranked Iskra Svit (17-17) 106-94. Serbian guard Stefan Matovic (203-91, agency: BeoExcell) fired 31 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Milan Ziak (190-88) chipped in 24 points and 5 assists. Serbian point guard Sasa Avramovic (193-93, agency: BeoBasket) produced 27 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kosice (28-5) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place. Iskra Svit at the other side keeps the sixth position with 17 games lost. Kosice are looking forward to face Nova Ves (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Iskra Svit will play against Handlova (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Levice. Local Levice (22-12) outscored 11th ranked Nitra (3-29) 100-68. Zarko Djuric contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Robert Rozanek (190-96) answered with 22 points for Nitra.
