Michal Fusek
#1. This week's number one is an international center Michal Fusek (224-95, agency: Octagon Europe, currently plays in Belgium). He contributed to a 1-point Spirou Charleroi's victory against the closely-ranked Basic-Fit Brussels (0-1) 66-65 in the Belgian Euromillions League in Saturday night's game. Fusek recorded 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in only 12 minutes on the court. It was his first game for Spirou Charleroi this season. His team is placed fourth in the Euromillions League. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Fusek is currently a member of the Slovakian senior national team.

Maros Zeliznak
Maros Zeliznak
#2. Second place goes to U18 international center Maros Zeliznak (208-99, currently plays in Czech Republic). He was the major contributor in a GBA Sparta's victory against the ninth-ranked Sokol Prazky (0-2) 68-58 in a derby game in the Czech Republic 1Liga (second division) last Friday. Zeliznak recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 11 rebounds. It was his first game for GBA Sparta this season. His team is placed fifth in West group. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Zeliznak is in the roster of the Slovakian U18 national team.

Mario Ihring
Mario Ihring
#3. The Slovakian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international guard Mario Ihring (192-98, also represented by Octagon Europe, currently plays in Basketball Champions League). He could not help Betaland Cdo to beat Avtodor (4-1). It was not Ihring's best game last Friday. He scored only 2 points in 7 minutes on the court. It was his first game for Betaland Cdo this season. Betaland Cdo was edged 70-69 on the road by the much higher-ranked (#4) Avtodor. Ihring is also a member of the Slovakian senior national team.

David Javorsky
David Javorsky

Jakub Kadasi
#6. Small forward Jakub Kadasi (199-99, currently plays in Germany) was not able to help Jena II in their game against TSV Troester (1-0) in the German Regionalliga (fourth division). He cannot count it as his best performance. Kadasi scored only one point and grabbed 6 rebounds in 19 minutes. It was his first game for Jena II this season. The 11th-placed Jena II (0-1) was crushed 61-37 at home by the higher-ranked (#5) TSV Troester in the South-East group. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. Kadasi is U18 international player who is currently on the Slovakian National Team roster.
