Tina Trebec
Talented international power forward Tina Trebec (189-F/C-90, agency: Kotnik Sports Agency) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's second-best Athlete Celje and that's her to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 21-year old power forward had the game-high 22 points adding six rebounds and five assists for Athlete Celje in her team's victory, helping them to outclass Triglav (#1, 14-1) with 34-point margin 82-48. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Athlete Celje maintains the 2nd position in Slovenian SKL. Athlete Celje has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 13-1. Trebec turned to be Athlete Celje's top player in her first season with the team. Trebec has impressive league stats. She is league's best scorer averaging so far 18.3ppg. Trebec is in league's top in assists (9th best: 2.4apg) and averages solid 61.6% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young forward Eva Rupnik (177-F-92) of Jezica. Rupnik impressed basketball fans with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course she lead Jezica to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Domzale (#9, 1-14) 71-44. This victory allowed Jezica to move up to 5th position in the standings. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But 8-7 record is not bad and everything may still change. Rupnik is one of the most experienced players at Jezica and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.2ppg (#5). She also registered 6.5 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was another Jezica's star - Neza Belak (177-F-92). Belak scored 8 points and grabbed ten rebounds. She was another key player of Jezica, helping her team with a 71-44 easy win against the lower-ranked Domzale (#9, 1-14). Jezica needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 7 lost games. Belak has a very solid season. In 13 games in Slovenia she scored 5.8ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Maja Drozg (179-F/C-81) of AJM Maribor - 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Kristina Baltic (187-F/C-90) of AJM Maribor - 8 points, 18 rebounds and 3 assists

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
