Slovenian and Bosnian U16 National Team exchanged victories in friendly series in Slovenj Gradec.
The hosts claimed a 57:50 win in Game 1. Trailing by four points after the opening quarter Slovenia picked up the tempo in the next periods and rolled to a 45:36 lead at the final break. They held off Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final quarter and earned a tough win at the end. Matej Kavas (193-G-96) came up with 18 points for Slovenia. Tilen Kodrin (202-SF-96) added 12 points for the winners.
Next game had a different scenario. The visitors surged ahead for a 25:15 lead ten minutes into the game. Slovenia narrowed the deficit at 5-point mark at the interval. But Bosnia and Herzegovina regained control in the second half and rolled to the 75:67 win at the end. Balic chipped in 18 points for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Djorde Aleksic (184-SG-96) added 13 points for the winning team. Matej Kavas answered with 23 points for Slovenia. Sajevic had 9 points in the loss.

Matija Vravnik (198-F-92) had a great game in the last round for Triglav and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com 2SKL Player of the Week award for round 19. The 24-year old forward had a double-double of 16 points and eleven rebounds, while his team outclassed Branik (#12, 3-16) with 46-point margin 116-70. The Regular Season in 2SKL is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 3 rounds. The game between second ranked Sezana (15-4) and fifth ranked Plama Pur (11-8) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Sezana was defeated by Plama Pur in a tough game in Ilirska Bistrica 80-88. Here is the weekly review of the top performing Slovenian players, who play currently abroad. This week's number one is an international point guard Luka Doncic (201-99).
