#1. This week's number one is an international guard Martina Dover (177-86, currently plays in Croatia). She led Gospic to a victory over the sixth-ranked ZKK Split (5-7) crushing them 87-48 in the Croatian A1 in Saturday night's game.
Dover was MVP of the game. She scored 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 26 minutes on the court.
Gospic Croatia Osiguranje (11-1) is placed second in the A1.
It was her team's tenth consecutive victory in a row.
Dover has relatively good stats this year: 12.8ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.5apg, 2.2spg, 2FGP: 63.8%(37-58), 3FGP: 46.7%(14-30) and FT: 89.3% in the 11 games she played so far.
She is currently a member of the Slovenian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international point guard Nika Baric (169-92, currently plays in Euroleague). Baric contributed to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked UNI Gyor (4-5) crushing them 100-62 in the Euroleague last Tuesday.
She recorded 8 points and added 4 passes.
Spartak Vidnoe Moscow Region (7-2) is placed first in group A.
There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This season Baric averages: 4.3ppg, 2.4apg, 3FGP: 22.2%.
She is in the roster of the Slovenian senior national team.
#3. The Slovenian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Tina Trebec (189-90, agency: Kotnik Sports Agency, currently plays in Czech Republic), who plays in the Czech Republic ZBL. Trebec could not help Basket Slovanka MB (5-13) in their last game. Despite her very good performance Basket Slovanka MB lost 68-77 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Sokol Hradec Kralove.
Trebec was the second best scorer with 21 points. She also added 6 rebounds in 35 minutes.
It was Basket Slovanka MB's fourth consecutive loss in a row.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
It's Trebec's first season with the team.
This year Trebec has relatively solid stats: 14.0ppg, 4.0rpg, 2FGP: 45.0% and FT: 88.9% in the 12 games.
She is also a member of the Slovenian senior national team.
#4. Guard Katarina Ristic (174-84, currently plays in Turkey) was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Botas (11-2) in their game against Fenerbahce (13-0) in the Turkish TKBL.
Ristic recorded 7 points.
Botas was crushed 87-57 in Istanbul by the leading Fenerbahce.
Ristic's overall stats this season are: 3.8ppg and 1.5rpg.
She used to play for the Slovenian national team
back in 2011.
#5. International swingman Maja Erkic (183-85, currently plays in Spain) managed to help Rivas Ecopolis in a victory against the closely-ranked Caja Rural (6-5) 71-66 in the Spanish LFB last Saturday.
Erkic scored only 2 points in 7 minutes on the court. It was his first game for Rivas Ecopolis this season.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Her team is placed first in the LFB.
So far Rivas Ecopolis won all eleven games in the Regular Season.
Erkic plays currently for the Slovenian national team.
#6. Power forward Ana Ljubenovic (182-88, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian A2 (12th division) was not able to secure a victory for Muggia (5-10) in their last game on Sunday. Despite her very good performance the tenth-placed Muggia was defeated 67-58 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked Broni (#8) in the North group.
Ljubenovic was the second best scorer with 18 points. She also added 4 rebounds.
Ljubenovic has reliable stats this season: 12.3ppg, 7.7rpg and 1.4spg.
She is a former international player as she played for the Slovenian senior team two years ago.
#7. International forward Lea Jagodic (182-91, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an easy victory against the 12th-ranked Cremona (3-12) crushing them 76-43 in the Italian A2 (12th division) last Saturday.
Jagodic scored only 2 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
Fila San Martino Di Lupari (13-2) is placed second in North group.
Jagodic has individually a very good season with high stats. She averages: 15.3ppg, 7.2rpg, 1.5apg and 1.5spg.
Jagodic is also Slovenian national team player.
#8. Center Sandra Pirsic (197-84, currently plays in France) contributed to a Villeneuve D'Ascq's victory against the closely-ranked Aix-en-Provence (6-10) 86-79 in the French LFB on Saturday night.
She recorded only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 13 minutes.
Villeneuve D'Ascq ESB Lille Metropole (6-10) is placed 11th in the LFB.
It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row.
This year Pirsic's overall stats are: 4.6ppg and 3.2rpg in the 12 games.
She plays currently for the Slovenian national team.

#1.Branka Vukicevic (173-G-82, currently plays in Croatia), who plays in the Croatian A1 could not help the league outsider ZKK Agram (0-12) in their last game. Despite Vukicevic's very good performance the bottom-ranked ZKK Agram lost 61-70 on the road to the higher-ranked (#9) Studenac Omis.
She was the second best scorer with 18 points. Vukicevic also added 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 39 minutes.
So far ZKK Agram lost all twelve games in the Regular Season.
Vukicevic belongs to league's top scorers and is ranked #6 with 15.6ppg.
She also averaged so far 3.4rpg and 1.5apg in the eight games she played so far.

Athlete Celje claimed its fifth consecutive Slovenian Championship and twelth overall, with a 79-59 win over Triglav in Game 3 of 2016 Final best-of-five series. Annamaria Prezelj (177-SG-97) scored 17 points, Tina Jakovina (183-F-92) had 12 points and 10 rebounds, Ivana Dojkic (180-SG-97) and Zala Friskovec (174-G-99) both added 10 points. Celje, who never trailed, opened the game with a 16-5 run. Triglav cut the deficit to 17-19 early in the second quarter. The home team responded with a 14-0 run to go up 33-17 and its defense held Triglav scoreless for a 5:16 span. Zala Friskovec (174-G-99) scored seven of her total 10 points in that run.
