Rogaska moved into the Championship League stage thanks to Primorska's home loss 81-87 to Union Olimpija in Round 21.

Krka-Zlatorog 85-78: The game featured 13 lead changes and the largest lead of either team was eight points. After trailing 40-44 early in the second half, Zlatorog went on an 11-2 run to go up 51-46. Krka later responded with a 14-2 run spanning the third and fourth quarters for a 67-60 lead and never looked back from there. Zlatorog cut the deficit to 78-79 with two minutes remaining, but Krka used a 6-0 run to close out the game. Matic Rebec (181-PG-95) scored 18 points and Ziga Dimec (211-C-93) had 17 points and 10 rebounds. Krka's bench players outscored the opponent's reserves 33-12. Nejc Baric (181-PG-97) led Zlatorog with 23 points including five 3-pointers, Igor Tratnik (207-F-89) scored 20 points, Jan Span (187-PG-92) 16 and Milos Miljkovic (205-C/F-84) grabbed 10 rebounds.

Primorska-Union Olimpija 81-87: Both teams played in spurts during the first halftime. Primorska opened the game with a 10-4 run and Olimpija responded with nine consecutive points. The home team then used a 7-0 run to go up 17-13. After trailing 23-27, Olimpija scored seven straight points for a 30-27 lead and never looked back for the rest of the game. The visitors took control of the game behind a 21-2 run spanning halftime to make the score 54-35, their largest lead of the night. Primorska cut the deficit to 58-66 with six minutes left. At that point, Drazen Bubnic (207-F/C-86) sank a 3-pointer and Jan Barbaric (188-G-95) made a lay-up that gave Olimpija a double-digit advantage again. Devin Oliver (204-SF-92, college: Dayton) collected 20 points and 10 rebounds, Drazen Bubnic and Gregor Hrovat (196-G/F-94) both scored 16 points and Stevan Milosevic (211-C-85, agency: Interperformances) 10. Primorska was led by Nejc Zupan (202-PG-96) with 18 points, Duda Sanadze (196-G-92, college: San Diego) came off the bench for 15 points, Nikola Gajic (195-G/F-91, college: SF Austin) posted 13 points and Jan Kosi (204-F-96) 11.

23-year old forward Tim Skerbec (200-F-93) had an amazing evening in the last round for Portoroz (they play in Places 7-12) and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 1 (Second Stage). He had the game-high 32 points adding nine rebounds and three assists for Portoroz as his team was edged out by Sencur Gor. (#8, 7-4) 75-74. Portoroz maintains the 6th position in Slovenian league. Rogaska handed Zlatorog their fist home loss of the season, 75-59, in the opening Round of the Slovenian League Championship Stage. Championship Stage - Round1: Union Olimpija-Hopsi 78-60: Hopsi led only once in the game, and that came in the opening second on two Dejan Cup (202-PF-83) free-throws. Matija Vravnik gets MVP of the Week award for Slovenian 2SKL - 5 days ago
Matija Vravnik (198-F-92) had a great game in the last round for Triglav and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com 2SKL Player of the Week award for round 19. The 24-year old forward had a double-double of 16 points and eleven rebounds, while his team outclassed Branik (#12, 3-16) with 46-point margin 116-70. Triglav is placed at 3rd position in Slovenian 2SKL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season.
