The Regular Season in 2SKL is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 3 rounds.

The game between second ranked Sezana (15-4) and fifth ranked Plama Pur (11-8) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Sezana was defeated by Plama Pur in a tough game in Ilirska Bistrica 80-88. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 19-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Sezana helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Tilen Zalar (189-87) fired 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Klemen Muha (203-89) chipped in 14 points and 10 rebounds. Milan Kovacevic (200-96) produced 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Plama Pur moved-up to third place, which they share with Triglav and Grosuplje. Sezana at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Plama Pur is looking forward to face league's leader Ilirija in Ljubljana in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Sezana will play at home against Konjice and is hoping to win this game.
Undefeated leader Ilirija delivered the nineteenth consecutive victory. This time they crushed 10th ranked Crnomelj (6-13) 95-67. Worth to mention a great performance of Bosnian forward Jasmin Hukic (204-79, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 9 rebounds. Goran Jagodnik contributed with 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Matic Lozar (183-92) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for Crnomelj. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian power forward Ilija Zolotic (207-86) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds. Point guard Tadej Kostomaj (187-87) accounted for 11 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists for the winning side. Five Celje players scored in double figures. Guard Urban Verbic (191-89) came up with 14 points and 6 rebounds and guard David Sovre (188-0) added 15 points respectively for Pingvini in the defeat. Pingvini's coach Gasper Kolman rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Celje moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Konjice and Parklji. Pingvini lost their eleventh game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with 15 games lost. Celje's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Branik (#12) in Maribor which should be theoretically an easy game. Pingvini will play at home against Grosuplje and hope to win that game.
