We bring you last week's top performances from Slovenians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is an international point guard Luka Doncic (201-99, currently plays in Spain). He led Real Madrid to a victory over the closely-ranked Baskonia (19-8) 86-82 in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Sunday night's game. Doncic was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 13 rebounds. Doncic also added 4 assists and 4 steals in 30 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Real Madrid (20-7) is placed first in the Liga Endesa. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. This year Doncic averages: 7.7ppg, 4.2rpg, 3.1apg, 2FGP: 57.6%(49-85), 3FGP: 31.9% and FT: 77.8% in 27 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Slovenian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international center Gasper Vidmar (211-87, currently plays in Turkey). Vidmar could not help Banvit (17-8) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his good performance Banvit was defeated 86-75 on the road by the leading Fenerbahce. Vidmar was the second best scorer with 14 points. He also added 7 rebounds. Vidmar's overall stats this season are: 9.8ppg, 4.6rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 66.4%(97-146) and FT: 39.1%. He is in the roster of the Slovenian senior national team.

   #3. The Slovenian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Goran Dragic (190-86, currently plays in NBA). Dragic was the main contributor in a Miami Heat's victory against the Washington Wizards (49-33) 110-102 in the NBA on Wednesday night. He was the best player in that game. Dragic scored 28 points (!!!), grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 5 assists in 37 minutes. The Miami Heat has 41-41 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended in the NBA. Dragic has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 20.3ppg, 3.8rpg, 5.8apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 49.8%, 3FGP: 40.5% and FT: 79.0% in 73 games. Dragic is also a member of the Slovenian senior national team.

   #4. Forward Edo Muric (202-91, currently plays in Turkey) is a teammate of previously mentioned Gasper Vidmar and both played together in the last Turkish BSL game. Muric was not able to help Banvit in their game against Fenerbahce (20-5). Despite his good performance in Sunday night's game He recorded 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Muric's overall stats this season are: 7.6ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.8apg. He is also Slovenian national team player.

Despite his very good performance on Saturday night He was the top scorer with 20 points. Mocnik also added 9 assists. This season he has relatively solid stats: 13.9ppg, 2.8rpg, 8.3apg and 1.7spg. Mocnik used to play for the Slovenian U20 national team ten years ago.

   #12. Former international center Mirza Begic (216-85, currently plays in ABA League) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Cedevita in their game against Crvena Zvezda in the ABA League. He scored 6 points in only 12 minutes. His team lost 73-84. Begic has averaged so far 5.2ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.1bpg in 30 games. He used to play for the Slovenian national team back in 2013.

   #13. Former international shooting guard Sasha Vujacic (201-84, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in NBA) couldn't help the New York Knicks in their game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA. Vujacic scored 7 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists. His team were defeated 101-88 in the NBA. He has averaged so far 3.0ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.3apg. Vujacic used to play for the Slovenian national team eight years ago.

   #15. Former international center Hasan Rizvic (212-84, currently plays in Turkey) couldn't help Gelisim in their game against Pertevniyal in the Turkish TBL (second division). Despite his very good performance in Saturday night's game Rizvic was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 8 rebounds and made 3 blocks. This season Rizvic has very high stats. He averages: 15.6ppg, 7.6rpg, 2.4apg, 1.6bpg and 1.5spg. Rizvic used to play for the Slovenian national team seven years ago.

Kevin Pangos (188-PG-93, college: Gonzaga, currently plays in Lithuania) was the major contributor in Zalgiris' victory against one of league's weakest teams Nevezis (6-26) crushing them 82-54 in the Lithuanian LKL last Sunday. Pangos scored 11 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in a mere 18 minutes. B.C. Zalgiris Kaunas (29-3) is placed first in the LKL. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Pangos' first season with the team. This year his overall stats are: 8.8ppg, 2.4rpg and 3.7apg in 31 games he played so far. Pangos has a dual citizenship: Canadian and Slovenian.

   #2. Experienced Vlado Ilievski (188-PG-80, agency: BeoBasket, currently plays in FYR Macedonia) led Rabotnicki to a victory against the second-ranked Karpos Sokoli (5-2) 79-74 in a derby game in the FYR Macedonian Prva Liga in Sunday night's game. He scored 16 points and added 8 passes in 40 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Places 1-6. KK Rabotnicki AD Skopje (4-3) is placed third. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game is very crucial. It's Ilievski's first season with the team. Ilievski has reliable stats this year: 10.7ppg, 2.3rpg, 6.3apg and 1.3spg in 18 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Slovenian and FYR Macedonian.

   #3. Radoslav Pekovic (215-C-94, currently plays in FYR Macedonia) could not help Kumanovo (2-5) in their last game. Despite Pekovic's very good performance the fifth-placed Kumanovo (2-5) lost 78-86 on the road to the higher-ranked (#4) Kozuv in the Places 1-6 group. He was the top scorer with 16 points in a mere 19 minutes. It was Kumanovo's fifth consecutive loss in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be important. It's Pekovic's first season with the team. Pekovic has averaged so far 6.8ppg and 3.4rpg in 19 games.

   #4. Rasid Mahalbasic (210-C-90, also represented by BeoBasket, currently plays in Spain) was not able to help Sevilla in their game against RETAbet BB (12-13) in the Spanish Liga Endesa. He recorded 5 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Sevilla was defeated 85-73 at home by the higher-ranked RETAbet BB (#9). It was Sevilla's fourth consecutive loss in a row. It's Mahalbasic's first season with the team. Mahalbasic has reliable stats this year: 10.9ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.6apg. He has both Austrian and Slovenian nationalities.

   #5. Emanuel Richter (192-G-86, currently plays in Germany) was not able to secure a victory for Topstar (10-16) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Richter's very good performance the 11th-placed Topstar (10-16) was crushed 86-64 on the opponent's court by the second-ranked Vilsbiburg in the South-East group. He was the top scorer with 18 points. Richter also added 7 rebounds and 3 assists. The Regular Season already ended. Richter has reliable stats this season: 12.9ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.6apg and 1.4spg.

   #6. Robert Abramovic (185-PG-88, currently plays in Kosovo) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Rahoveci crushing them 118-80 in the Kosovan SuperLeague on Saturday night. He scored 15 points and added 3 passes in a mere 18 minutes. Abramovic has reliable stats this year: 14.3ppg, 2.2rpg and 2.8apg in six games.

   #7. Fuad Memcic (210-C/F-82, agency: Promotex, currently plays in Austria) couldn't help Arkadia Lions in their game against Redwell Gunners Oberwart in the Austrian A Bundesliga. He scored 6 points. His team were defeated 79-70. Memcic has averaged so far 3.4ppg and 1.5rpg. He also holds two passports: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenian.

   #8. Andraz Kavas (208-F-92, agency: Two Points, college: Harding, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Caceres Basket in their game against Ourense in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division). Kavas recorded 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 23 minutes. His team lost 65-71. Kavas has averaged so far 5.1ppg and 2.2rpg in 11 games.

   #9. Bojan Jovanovic (182-G-82, currently plays in Serbia) managed to help KK Pirot in a victory against the closely-ranked The Ere 99-91 in the Serbian 2MLS (second division) in Saturday night's game. Israel - Slovenia 89-84 Israel outscored Slovenia in Tel Aviv at the friendly international tournament. Israel used a strong first half to seal 89-84 victory. The hosts opened the game with a 29-23 lead and added massive 22-9 surge in the second period.
