The game without a history. CAI Zaragoza led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Belgian point guard Sam Van Rossom (188-86) notched 21 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and power forward Pablo Aguilar (203-89) supported him with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Even 13 points and 7 rebounds by Montenegrin center Blagota Sekulic (209-82, agency: FCM) did not help to save the game for CB Canarias. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
