The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games, games ending by tiny margin and even winless team recording their first victory.

The game between second ranked Leyma Basquet (5-2) and fifth ranked Ford Burgos (5-2) was the most important one in the last round on Friday night. Leyma Basquet was defeated by Ford Burgos in a tough game in Coruna 75-84. Leyma Basquet trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 21-19 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-84 at the end of the game. Ford Burgos made 24-of-31 free shots (77.4 percent) during the game, while Leyma Basquet only scored 0 point from the stripe. Ford Burgos forced 23 Leyma Basquet turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Leyma Basquet helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Brazilian forward Marcus Vinicius Toledo (203-86) who helped to win the game recording 10 points and 9 rebounds. Swingman Isaac Lopez (196-78) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Forward Asier Zengotitabengoa (200-88) answered with 16 points and 4 assists for Leyma Basquet. Leyma Basquet's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Ford Burgos have a solid series of three victories in a row. Ford Burgos moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Leyma Basquet. Ford Burgos is looking forward to face Planasa NV (#8) in Pamplona in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Leyma Basquet will play on the road against Lobe Huesca (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
Ourense's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after six consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Lobe Huesca (1-6) 82-78. It was a great evening for American guard Nick Barbour (190-89, college: High Point) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points. Julio Alberto Gonzalez helped adding 10 points and 5 assists. Ourense's coach Rafael Sanz allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the losing side American forward Jamar Samuels (200-89, college: Kansas St.) responded with 24 points and 9 rebounds. Ourense left bottom position moving up to twelfth place, which they share with Lobe Huesca and Melilla. Ourense will play against higher ranked Leche Rio Breogan (#6) in Lugo in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Lobe Huesca will play at home against Leyma Basquet (#4) having rather not much hope for a victory.
LEB Gold top team - River Andorra (7-0) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat seventh ranked Planasa NV (3-4) in Pamplona 81-77. It was a quality performance for Thomas Schreiner who led the winners and scored 19 points. River Andorra's coach Joan Penarroya used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Ondrej Starosta came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds for Planasa NV in the defeat. Undefeated River Andorra have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Newly promoted River Andorra maintains first place with 7-0 record. Planasa NV at the other side dropped to the eighth position with four games lost. They share it with Caceres and Clavijo. River Andorra will meet at home Palencia Baloncesto (#5) in the next round. Planasa NV will play against Ford Burgos and hope to secure a win.
The game in Palencia was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked FCB Regal II (4-3) played at the court of sixth ranked Palencia Baloncesto (5-2). Palencia Baloncesto managed to secure a 8-point victory 95-87. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Urko Otegui fired 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Palencia Baloncesto moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted FCB Regal II dropped to the sixth position with three games lost. Palencia Baloncesto's next round opponent will be league's leader River Andorra on the road and it will be for sure the game of the week. FCB Regal II will play against Caceres Basket (#9).
Important game to mention about took place in Caceres. Tenth ranked Caceres Basket (3-4) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 8th ranked CB Clavijo (3-4) 72-70 in the fight for the eighth place. It was a very good performance for Olu Ashaolu who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Caceres Basket moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Clavijo and Planasa NV. Caceres Basket will face higher ranked FCB Regal II (#7) in Barcelona in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

In the last two games of round 7 Breogan beat Melilla on the road 64-57. Forca Lleida lost to Lucentum on its own court 66-79.
The most impressive performance of 7th round was 17 points and 15 rebounds by Kiril Wachsmann of Melilla.
