American Olivia Lett (182-G-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's second-best Ferrol and that's her to receive a Eurobasket.com LF2 Player of the Week award for round 13. The 22-year old guard had the game-high 30 points adding four rebounds for Ferrol in her team's victory, helping them to beat Aros Leon (#5, 7-5) 72-60. Ferrol maintains the 2nd position in Spanish LF2. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Ferrol will need more victories to improve their 9-3 record. In the team's last game Lett had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range. She turned to be Ferrol's top player in her first season with the team. Illinois Wesleyan University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Lett is in league's top in points (6th best: 17.3ppg) and averages solid 51.5% FGP.
The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 24-year old Cameroonian forward Amina Njonkou (185-F-88) of ADBA. Njonkou impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 19 points and 16 rebounds. Bad luck as ADBA lost that game 60-69 to the higher-ranked Oviedo (#7, 5-7). ADBA managed to keep the same 10th spot in Group A. 9 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories ADBA managed to get this year. Njonkou is a newcomer at ADBA and it seems she did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.
The third best performed player last round was Angela Salvadores (175-PG-97) of Segle XXI (#9). Salvadores scored 26 points. She was a key player of Segle XXI, leading her team to a 65-53 win against Leganes (4-9). The chances of Segle XXI not to end season at such low position in Group B, however are less than slim as they have already lost 9 games, recording just four victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Salvadores could try to bring Segle XXI's a little bit higher in the standings. Salvadores has individually a great season in Spain. After 13 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 15.8ppg (7th best).

Tintos de Toro Caja Rural Zamora (LFB) landed 22-year old Latvian ex-international forward Linda Rubene (190-91). She just graduated from Indiana (NCAA). The last season Rubene also at Indiana University in Big Ten Conference in the NCAA. But in 24 games she averaged only 1.7ppg and 1.3rpg. As mentioned above she is just out of the college and it is her first season in pro basketball. Rubene was also a member of Latvian international program for some years. She played for Latvian Senior National Team in 2010 and previously for U18 National Team in 2009. Rubene represented Latvia at the European Championships U20 in Liepaja (Latvia) three years ago. Her team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 9 games: 0.9ppg. Rubene has played previously for 47.vsk and SK Riga.

She represented Spain at the European Championships U20 in Gdynia (Poland) four years ago.
