The hosts started with 29-8 lead in the first frame and of course never looked behind after. The Spanish side added a 19-7 rally in the second frame and went to the lockers with 33 points advantage. Spain posted also 28-5 burst in the third quarter and finished the game with 16-8 rally in the last stanza. They tried hard to post three-digit number at the very end, but were happy to leave the court with 92 points.
