Spain started the game with a 13-3 lead and never looked behind in the game. Finland however looked better in the second period and managed to post a 13-8 rally to reduce to 21:16 result at the halftime. The hosts started with 29-8 lead in the first frame and of course never looked behind after. The Spanish side added a 19-7 rally in the second frame and went to the lockers with 33 points advantage. Spain posted also 28-5 burst in the third quarter and finished the game with 16-8 rally in the last stanza. They tried hard to post three-digit number at the very end, but were happy to leave the court with 92 points. Alba Torrens (188-F-89) top-scored for the winners with 20 points, while Marta Xargay Casademont (181-PG-90, agency: Josep and Nicolas) netted 12. Pascua collected 11 points and 11 rebounds, while Amaya Valdemoro (183-F-76, agency: Josep and Nicolas) also scored 11.
