An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Vitoria. Second ranked Caja Laboral faced 4th ranked Valencia Basket. Host Caja Laboral (17-3) defeated guests from Valencia (12-8) 79-75. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-75. Caja Laboral made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Valencia Basket turnovers. 27 personal fouls committed by Valencia Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Italian-Argentinian Andres Nocioni (199-79) who scored 20 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. French Fabien Causeur (193-87) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Caja Laboral's coach Zan Tabak used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. point guard Pau Ribas (193-87) produced 12 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the guests. Caja Laboral have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 17-3 record having just two points less than leader Real Madrid. Valencia Basket lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with FCB Regal and Gescrap BB. Caja Laboral are looking forward to face Blusens Monbus (#11) in Santoago de Comp in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Valencia Basket will play at home against CB Canarias (#13) in Tenerife and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
Leader Real Madrid delivered the nineteenth victory. This time they crushed 5th ranked Gescrap BB (12-8) 94-74 in Bilbao. Naturalized Montenegrin power forward Nikola Mirotic (207-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Sergio Llull contributed with 21 points for the winners. American power forward Lamont Hamilton (208-84, college: St.John's) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds for Gescrap BB. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Real Madrid (19-1) have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Gescrap BB at the other side dropped to the fourth place with eight games lost. They share the position with FCB Regal and Valencia. Real Madrid will play against Assignia Manresa (#17) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Gescrap BB will play against FIATC Joventut (#9) in Badalona and hopes to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Valladolid between Blancos de Rueda and FIATC Joventut. Fifteenth ranked Blancos de Rueda (8-12) got a very close home victory over higher ranked FIATC Joventut (10-10). Blancos de Rueda managed to escape with a 2-point win 69-67 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of FIATC Joventut. Worth to mention a great performance of Nacho Martin who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. Ognjen Kuzmic responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. FIATC Joventut's coach Salvador Maldonado rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Blancos de Rueda moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with CB Canarias. Loser FIATC Joventut dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. Blancos de Rueda will meet bottom-ranked Lagun Aro GBC (#18) in the next round where they are favorite. FIATC Joventut will play against Gescrap BB (#6) in Bilbao and hope to secure a win.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Madrid. Local Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (6-14) was outscored by fifth ranked G.Canaria 2014 (13-7) 99-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Baloncesto Fuenlabrada. The winners were led by Spencer Nelson who scored that evening 14 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. G.Canaria 2014 moved-up to third place. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada at the other side keeps the sixteenth position with 14 games lost. G.Canaria 2014's next round opponent will be UCAM Murcia (#12) at home and are hoping to win another game. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada will play against Regal FC Barcelona (#5).

Rest of the games of round 20 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
