The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The game between second ranked Caja Laboral (17-4) and eleventh ranked Blusens Monbus (10-11) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. Caja Laboral was defeated by Blusens Monbus in Santoago de Comp 70-84. It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of Caja Laboral. The game without a history. Blusens Monbus led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Blusens Monbus forced 21 Caja Laboral turnovers. It was a good game for Canadian-Irish forward Levon Kendall (209-84, college: Pittsburgh) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Czech Pavel Pumprla (198-86) contributed with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Serbian power forward Nemanja Bjelica (209-88, agency: Interperformances) answered with 16 points and 9 rebounds for Caja Laboral. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Blusens Monbus moved-up to ninth place, which they share with UCAM Murcia and FIATC Joventut. Caja Laboral at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Blusens Monbus is looking forward to face CB Canarias (#13) in Tenerife in the next round. Caja Laboral will play at home against G.Canaria 2014 (#5) in Las Palmas and is hoping to win this game.
Very important is a home loss of third ranked G.Canaria 2014 (13-8) against twelfth ranked UCAM Murcia (10-11) on Sunday night. Host G.Canaria 2014 was defeated by UCAM Murcia in Las Palmas 78-68. American guard Joe Ragland (182-89, college: Wichita St.) stepped up and scored 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and Marcus Lewis chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American guard Ryan Toolson (193-85, college: Utah Valley) with 17 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. UCAM Murcia have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Blusens M. and FIATC Joventut. G.Canaria 2014 at the other side keeps the third position with eight games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. UCAM Murcia will play against higher ranked Regal FC Barcelona (#6) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. G.Canaria 2014 will play against the league's second-placed Caja Laboral where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
Bottom-ranked Lagun Aro GBC managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the series of three consecutive loses on Saturday night. This time they won against fourteenth-ranked Blancos de Rueda in San Sebastian 94-78. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 16-point difference suggests that Lagun Aro GBC is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. David Doblas nailed 19 points and 8 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Nacho Martin came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds for Blancos de Rueda in the defeat. Lagun Aro GBC (4-17) moved-up to seventeenth place, which they share with Assignia M. Loser Blancos de Rueda dropped to the thirteenth position with 13 games lost. They share it with CB Canarias. Lagun Aro GBC will meet higher ranked Gescrap BB (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Blancos de Rueda will play against Unicaja Malaga (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
ACB top team - Real Madrid (20-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventeenth ranked Assignia Manresa (4-17) 104-70. The best player for the winners was Nikola Mirotic who scored 23 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Real Madrid have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 20-1 record. Assignia Manresa at the other side keeps the seventeenth position with 17 games lost. Real Madrid's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Madrid to the arena Baloncesto Fuenlabrada.
Sixteenth-ranked Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (6-15) was very close to win a game against sixth ranked Regal FC Barcelona (13-8) on Sunday. Regal FC Barcelona managed to secure only two-point victory 72-70. However their fans expected much easier game. It was a good game for Ante Tomic who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Regal FC Barcelona's coach Xavier Pascual used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Regal FC Barcelona. Defending champion moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Baloncesto Fuenlabrada keeps the sixteenth position with 15 games lost. Regal FC Barcelona will face UCAM Murcia (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Madrid Real Madrid.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 21: CAI Zaragoza beat Cajasol on the road 75-67. Asefa Estudian. won against Unicaja on its own court 82-68. Gescrap BB managed to outperform FIATC Joventut in Bilbao 81-70. Valencia rolled over CB Canarias at home 105-85.
