There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in LEB Silver.

Leader Oviedo CB delivered the fourteenth win on Saturday night. This time they crushed 11th ranked La Palma (4-14) 89-59. The game was mostly controlled by Oviedo CB. La Palma managed to win fourth quarter 23-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was forward Diego Sanchez (198-78) who scored 24 points (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). American-Irish swingman Will Hanley (200-90, college: Bowdoin, agency: Duran International) chipped in 11 points and 10 rebounds. Naturalized Cape Verdean center Walter Tavares (220-92) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points, 20 rebounds and 5 blocks for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Oviedo CB have a solid four-game winning streak. Oviedo CB maintains first position with 14-4 record. La Palma lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 14 games lost. Oviedo CB is looking forward to face Aurteneche M. (#7) in Vitoria-Gasteiz in the next round where they are favorite. La Palma will play on the road against Lan Mobel ISB (#4) in Azpeitia and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
The game in Avila was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Prat Juventud (13-6) played at the court of 8th ranked Fontedoso Carrefour (6-12). Prat Juventud managed to secure a 9-point victory 75-66. Power forward Gerbert Marti (203-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 6 rebounds. Guillem Vives contributed with 16 points and 4 steals for the winners. Center Antoni Vicens (202-90) replied with 15 points and 6 rebounds for Fontedoso Carrefour. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Prat Juventud have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 13-6 record behind leader Oviedo CB. Fontedoso Carrefour lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Cafes Aitona. Prat Juventud will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Fontedoso Carrefour will play on the road against Palma (#6) in S'Arenal and hopes to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Guadalajara between Castello and CB Guadalajara. Ninth ranked Castello (7-11) got a very close victory on the road over higher ranked CB Guadalajara (10-8).
