Sweden jumps on top of Group A at the U16 European Championship in Division B. The Scandinavian team overcame Israel 65:52 in the first game of Day 2. Israel meanwhile just started the campaign and fell at 0-1 record. Israel started the game with 11-8 lead and scored also 11 points in the second frame. It was not however enough to win the quarter as Sweden replied with 15 points for 23:22 advantage. Sweden added 23-10 in the third quarter and grabbed 46:32 after three quarters. Israel won the last stanza 20-19 but reduced to 13 points at the end. Ludvig Hakanson (190-PG-96) was unstoppable with 29 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while Sheriff Drammeh (186-G-96) added 10. Erik Johansson (194-F-96) and William Skagius (200-PF-96) ended up with 8 points each, while the latter also added 10 rebounds. Netanel Artzi (196-F-97) finished the game with 13 points in defeat. Roi Huber (184-G-97) notched 11, whilst Tamir Blatt (178-PG-97) delivered 8.

Logan Stutz (205-F-88, college: Washburn) pens deal with LF Basket for the next season. The American player will move from Germany.

The most of last season Stutz spent at Raiffeisen Wels (A Bundesliga) in Austrian league. In 16 games he had 4.2ppg and 2.3rpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Stutz also spent pre-season at Leitershofen (ProA) in German league earlier that year. In 11 games he recorded very remarkable stats: 16.1ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.2spg. He played in the final of MIAA Tournament in 2010.Stutz graduated from Washburn University in 2011 and it is his second season as a professional player.

Adnan Chuk (190-G-81, agency: Court Side) is coming back to Norrkoping. The guard has agreed on terms of contract with the Dolphins. The deal is meant for two seasons.
