We bring you last week's top performances from Swedish players who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Jonas Jerebko
Jonas Jerebko
#1. This week's number one is an international power forward Jonas Jerebko (206-87, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. He could not help the Detroit Pistons (0-7) in their last game. Despite Jerebko's very good performance the Detroit Pistons were crushed 108-79 on the road by the Los Angeles Lakers. He was the top scorer with 18 points in 29 minutes on the court. So far Pistons lost all seven games in the Regular Season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Jerebko's fourth year with the team. Jerebko has relatively good stats this season: 9.1ppg, 2.9rpg, 1.4spg, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 76.5% in the seven games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Jerebko is currently a member of the Swedish senior national team. Strangely he has never played in Sweden.

Jeffery Taylor
Jeffery Taylor
#2. Second place goes to former U20 international forward Jeffery Taylor (200-89, college: Vanderbilt, currently plays in NBA). Taylor contributed to an overtime Charlotte Bobcats' victory against the Dallas Mavericks (4-3) 101-97 in the NBA on Saturday night. He scored 8 points, had 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 32 minutes. The Charlotte Bobcats have 2-3 record this season. They ended the series of three consecutive loses. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. It's Taylor's first year with the team. This season Taylor averages: 3.8ppg, 1.5rpg, 2FGP: 46.2%, 3FGP: 14.3% in the four games. He is a naturalized American. Taylor played for the Swedish U20 national team in 2008. Apparently he has never played in Sweden.

Jonathan Skjoldebrand
Jonathan Skjoldebrand
#3. The Swedish player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Jonathan Skjoldebrand (204-83, agency: Ronsport, currently plays in Israel). Skjoldebrand was the major contributor in a Hapoel Tel-Aviv's victory against the closely-ranked Maccabi Rishon (3-1) 80-63 in the Israeli Winner League in Monday night's game. He recorded 15 points. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Hapoel Tel-Aviv (3-1) is placed second in the Winner League. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Skjoldebrand has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 15.8ppg, 5.3rpg, 2FGP: 59.5%(22-37) and FT: 87.5%. Skjoldebrand has a dual citizenship: Swedish and Israeli. Ex-Sodertalje Kings player is also a member of the Swedish senior national team.

So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season. It's Massamba's first season with the team. This year Massamba's overall stats are: 5.0ppg, 2.8rpg and 3.0apg in the four games.
