American Rashada McCants (185-G/F-86) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader Telge and that's her to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 22.
The 26-year old swingman had a double-double of 33 points and ten rebounds, while her team edged out Kvarnby (#7, 9-12) 77-76. It allowed Telge to consolidate first place in the Swedish Damligan. Telge has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 19-2. In the team's last game McCants had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. She turned to be Telge's top player in her first season with the team. University of North Carolina graduate has very impressive stats this year. McCants is in league's top in points (6th best: 18.9ppg), assists (7th best: 3.3apg) and averages solid 1.4bpg and 42.6% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 32-year old former international Anna Barthold (185-C/F-80, agency: Josep and Nicolas) of Northland. Barthold impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 20 points and 14 rebounds. Of course she lead Northland to another comfortable win 74-55 over slightly lower-ranked Udominate (#5, 12-9) being unquestionably team leader. Northland's 3rd position in the standings has not changed. Her team lost just four games this season, while they won 17 matches. Barthold is well-known by Northland fans and she already established her position as one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Telge's star - American Angel Robinson (172-G-89). Robinson showcased her all-around game by recording 27 points, eight rebounds and five assists in the last round. She was another key player of Telge, helping her team with a 77-76 win against the lower-ranked Kvarnby (#7, 9-12). Many experts and fans count Telge as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 19 victories and only two lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings. Robinson has a great season in Sweden. After 18 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.5apg (2nd best).
