Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Swedish players who are currently playing abroad.

Thomas Massamba
Thomas Massamba
#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Thomas Massamba (185-85, currently plays in Bulgaria). Massamba contributed to a Lukoil Academik's victory against the closely-ranked Balkan (11-6) 82-71 in the Bulgarian NBL last Saturday. He scored 9 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Lukoil Academik Sofia (15-2) is placed first in the NBL. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This season Massamba averages: 5.9ppg, 2.7rpg, 3.8apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 51.3%, 3FGP: 31.0% and FT: 78.6%. He is currently a member of the Swedish senior national team.

Jeffery Taylor
Jeffery Taylor
#2. Second place goes to former U20 international forward Jeffery Taylor (200-89, college: Vanderbilt, currently plays in NBA), who plays in the NBA. Taylor could not help the Charlotte Bobcats (12-40) to beat the Indiana Pacers (32-21). He scored 6 points in 21 minutes. The Charlotte Bobcats were crushed 101-77 on the road by the Indiana Pacers. This year Taylor's overall stats are: 6.4ppg, 2.1rpg, 2FGP: 47.0%, 3FGP: 36.3% and FT: 78.7% in the 51 games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Taylor played for the Swedish U20 national team in 2008. Strangely he has never played in Sweden.

Jonathan Skjoldebrand
Jonathan Skjoldebrand
#3. The Swedish player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Jonathan Skjoldebrand (204-83, currently plays in Israel). Skjoldebrand led Hapoel Tel-Aviv to a 1-point victory against the fourth-ranked Maccabi Haifa (9-7) 78-77 in the Israeli Winner League in Sunday night's game. He recorded 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Hapoel Tel-Aviv (7-9) is placed ninth in the Winner League. Skjoldebrand's total stats this season are: 9.1ppg, 4.6rpg, 1.1apg, 2FGP: 47.2%, 3FGP: 28.6% and FT: 72.7%. He has a dual citizenship: Swedish and Israeli. Ex-Sodertalje Kings player is also a member of the Swedish senior national team.

#4. Power forward Jonas Jerebko (206-87, currently plays in NBA) was not able to help the Detroit Pistons (21-33) in their game against the New Orleans Hornets (19-34) in the NBA. Jerebko recorded only 4 points in 8 minutes on the court. The Detroit Pistons were badly defeated 105-86 in New Orleans by the Hornets. It's Jerebko's fourth season with the team. This year his total stats are: 5.1ppg and 2.9rpg in the 22 games. Jerebko is a naturalized American. He is also Swedish national team player. Apparently Jerebko has never played in Sweden.

He scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. The Davidson College has a very good 14-1 conference record this season. It was his team's tenth consecutive victory in a row. He used to play for the Swedish U20 national team two years ago.

Andreas Schreiber
Andreas Schreiber
#6. Center Andreas Schreiber (206-87, agency: Two Points, college: Pennsylvania, currently plays in United Kingdom), who plays in the British BBL was not able to secure a victory for Plymouth Raiders (15-7) in their last game. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. It's Desport's first season with the team. Desport has averaged so far, 5.1rpg, 1.1apg and 1.1spg.
