Helios clinched LNA title. They overcame Fribourg in the fourth game of the title series to claim the trophy. Helios thus completed the triple winning League Cup, Swiss Cup and LNA titles. Renee Taylor (158-G-85, agency: Merit Sports, college: Miami, FL) stepped up with 22 points to pace the winners.
Helios left the hosts far behind in the opening quarter. The visitors gained a 27:11 lead after ten minutes. Fribourg stopped the bleeding in the second term. The home team managed to narrow the deficit cutting the deficit at 10-point mark 29:39. But the third term belonged to Helios. They fired past the home side to accumulate a 56:39 advantage. Helios demolished their opponents with an 18:8 run in the fourth term to celebrate the title. Mandisa Stevenson (191-C-82, college: Auburn) had 16 points, while Karen Twehues (182-G-83, college: Cincinnati) added 12 points in the victory. Maria Villarroel (174-G-78, agency: LBM Management, college: Oklahoma) answered with 18 points for Fribourg. Lisa Mazzocchi (170-G/F-90) had 10 points in the losing effort.

Helios Basket earned League Cup title. They defeated Fribourg in the Final game yesterday. Shyra Ely (188-F-83, agency: Merit Sports, college: Tennessee) stepped up with 26 points and 10 rebounds to pace the winners. The victory marked the third straight League Cup title for Helios.
Fribourg strongly entered the game. They grabbed a 21:17 lead after ten minutes of action. But Helios shut down their opponents completely in the second quarter. Helios went on a 24:7 run to ensure a 41:28 halftime advantage. Helios stretched the lead in the third quarter. They built a 62:40 lead with one quarter remaining. Helios stayed on fire and easily secured the winning outcome at the end. Whitney Boddie (173-G-87, agency: Josep and Nicolas, college: Auburn) posted 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for Helios. Alexia Rol (175-F-82) contributed 9 points in the win. Maria Villarroel (174-G-78, agency: LBM Management, college: Oklahoma) answered with 21 points for Fribourg. Celeste Trahan (184-C-85, agency: LBM Management, college: Elizabeth City) had 20 points and 12 rebounds in defeat.

Sdent Helios conquered Swiss Cup title for the second year in a row. They overcame Riva Basket for another trophy. Renee Taylor (158-G-85, agency: Merit Sports, college: Miami, FL) posted 17 points to lead the winners.
Sdent Helios and Riva Basket stayed close throughout the opening quarter. Helios eked out a 16:14 lead after the opening quarter. Helios stretched the gap in the second frame. They established a comfortable 37:27 halftime lead. Sdent Helios played a near-perfect defence in the third term. They held Riva Basket to just 4 points in the quarter posting a 44:31 lead with ten minutes remaining. Riva Basket unleashed 23 points in the fourth term but Helios were ready and responded with 20 to seal the victory. Sarah Kershaw (180-SF-85) and Jalinka Michaux (173-F-87) notched 11 points each for Helios. Shannon McCallum (177-G-87, college: Charlotte) netted 20 points for Riva Basket. Judit Jakab (178-F-89) finished with 9 points in the loss.
