There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in LNA.

The most exciting game of round 16 in the LNA took place in Bernex. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 6th ranked Pully (4-10) to fifth ranked Hope-GBA (7-7) 72-69 in the game for the fifth place. The hosts trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 20-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Hope-GBA forced 25 Pully turnovers and outrebounded them 44-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of international guard Dorothee Studer (168-92) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Forward Rosalie Grobet (185-92) contributed with 16 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Hope-GBA's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Senegalese guard Diodio Diouf (170-84) replied with 29 points, 6 assists and 7 steals for Pully. Hope-GBA maintains fifth position with 7-7 record. Pully at the other side keeps the sixth place with ten games lost. Hope-GBA are looking forward to face league's leader Helios in Vetroz in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Pully will play on the road against Basel (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Helios (14-0) which played road game in Fribourg against their biggest opponent Fribourg (11-3). Top-ranked Helios had an easy win 91-63. American players dominated the game. At the losing side center Celeste Trahan (184-85, college: Elizabeth City, agency: LBM Management) responded with 25 points and 9 rebounds.
