Trahan-Davis
American center Celeste Trahan-Davis (184-C-85, agency: LBM Management) had a very impressive game in the last round for Fribourg, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 27-year old player had a double-double of 29 points and 18 rebounds, while her team outclassed Bellinzona (#9, 2-13) with 29-point margin 87-58. Fribourg maintains the 5th position in Swiss LNA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Fribourg will need more victories to improve their 10-5 record. Trahan-Davis turned to be Fribourg's top player in her first season with the team. Celeste Trahan-Davis averages just after two games 28.0ppg and 20.5rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 26-year old American Kaitlin Sowinski (196-C-86, agency: Two Points) of Muraltese. Sowinski had a very good evening with a double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds. It was enough for Muraltese to edge Pully (6-9) 61-59. This victory allowed Muraltese to move up to 6th position in the standings. Her team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 6-9 record. Sowinski is one of the most experienced players at Muraltese and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.0ppg (#3). She also registered 16.0 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was international forward Alexia Rol (175-F-82) of league's top team Helios. Rol showcased her all-around game by recording 23 points, eleven rebounds (!!!) and four assists in the last round. She was a key player of Helios, leading her team to a 82-35 easy win against the lower-ranked Highflyers (#10, 1-14). Helios have amazing season winning all 15 games without a single defeat. Rol turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Rol has a great season in Switzerland. After only 9 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.4apg (6th best). She also has 3.8spg and FGP: 53.9%.

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
