BC Boncourt Red Team (LNA) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old French power forward Rudy Etilopy (208-88). He played recently at Mersey Tigers in British BBL league. In 6 games this season he recorded 14.7ppg, 10.0rpg, 1.0apg, 1.5spg and 1.0bpg. He was on tryouts at Lugano Tigers earlier that season.
Etilopy represented France at the World Championships U19 in Novi Sad (Serbia) six years ago. His team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 9 games: 1.0ppg.
Etilopy has played also professionally in France (teams like Paris-Levallois, ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket and JL Bourg) amd Belgium (BC Carnieres).

Vevey - Villars 81-67 Vevey claimed the opening victory in the semifinal series versus Villars. Vevey protected the home advantage rallying to a comfortable home win in Game 1.
