Naturalized Senegalese forward Jules Aw (200-86) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Fribourg maintains first position with 17-3 record. Newly promoted Neuchatel keeps the fifth place with ten games lost. Fribourg are looking forward to face SAM Massagno (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Neuchatel will play against BBC Nyon (#8) and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
The game in Nyon supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Geneve Lions (15-4) played at the court of 8th ranked BBC Nyon (4-16). Geneve Lions smashed BBC Nyon 108-83. The winners were led by Croatian power forward Andrej Stimac (204-79) who scored that evening 18 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and Tony Brown supported him with 23 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). They maintain second position with 15-4 record having just three points less than leader Fribourg. BBC Nyon at the other side keeps the eighth place with 16 games lost.
