There was a change at the LNA leadership position after last games. Round 23 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Fribourg (18-5). They were edged by sixth ranked Boncourt (8-14) 81-79 on Sunday night. The hosts trailed by 18 points after first quarter, but they rallied back winning next two quarters and won the game by 2 points. It was a great evening for American guard Jackson Capel (191-87, college: Evangel) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points and 4 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). His fellow American import swingman Shy Ely (194-87, college: Evansville, agency: Merit Sports) helped adding 22 points and 7 rebounds. American-Jamaican forward Ronald Yates (201-83, college: St.Peter's) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Boncourt maintains sixth place with 8-14 record.
