They maintained the lead throughout the second term. The hosts accounted for a 45:38 halftime lead. But Helios Basket were not intimidated. The visitors reacted with a 25:12 rally in the third term. They pulled ahead to secure a 63:57 lead at the final intermission. Helios Basket finished the game in style outscoring the hosts 23:10 and clinching a well-deserved win. Alexia Rol (175-F-89) delivered 23 points, while Karen Twehues (182-G-83, college: Cincinnati) added 12 points for the winners.
