The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked BBC Nyon (11-4) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Meyrin Basket (10-5) 88-79. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of BBC Nyon. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-79. Meyrin Basket maintains third place with 10-5 record having just two points less than leader Vevey, which they share with Pully. BBC Nyon at the other side dropped to the second position with four games lost. Meyrin Basket is looking forward to face GC Zurich (#7) at home in the next round. BBC Nyon will play against Lug.Tigers U23 (#8) in Lugano and is hoping to win this game.

LNB top team - Vevey (12-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Academie Fribourg (5-11) 95-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Academie Fribourg. Vevey maintains first place with 12-3 record. Academie Fribourg at the other side keeps the sixth position with 11 games lost. Vevey will play against Pully (#4) at home in the next round. Pully - GC Zurich 67-51

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Pully (10-5) beat at home 6th ranked GC Zurich (4-11) 67-51 on Saturday. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Pully's pressure prevailed and they won that period 24-15 extending their advantage to 16 points. Pully have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Meyrin Basket. GC Zurich lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with 11 games lost. Pully will meet league's leader Vevey on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. GC Zurich will play against Meyrin Basket (#3) in Geneve and hope to secure a win.
