The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Nyon. Second-ranked host BBC Nyon (12-5) was smashed by first ranked Vevey (14-3) 99-71. The game without a history. Vevey led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Vevey have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 14-3 record. BBC Nyon at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with Meyrin Basket. Vevey are looking forward to face GC Zurich (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. BBC Nyon will play against Academie Fribourg (#7) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
Bottom-ranked Lug.Tigers U23 (0-17) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 17th consecutive match to third ranked Meyrin Basket (12-5) 63-52. Meyrin Basket have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with BBC Nyon. Lug.Tigers U23 at the other side still closes the standings. Meyrin Basket will play against Villars (#5) at home in the next round. Lug.Tigers U23 will play against Pully and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Zurich was also quite interesting. 6th ranked Academie Fribourg (5-13) played at the court of seventh ranked GC Zurich (5-12). GC Zurich did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 74-57 on Sunday. GC Zurich moved-up to sixth place. Academie Fribourg lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with 13 games lost. GC Zurich will meet league's leader Vevey on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Academie Fribourg will play against the league's second-placed BBC Nyon (#2) and hope to secure a win.

In the last game of round 17 Villars lost to Pully on the opponent's court 62-70.
