The TBL title belongs to Efes Pilsen! The team who demonstrated magnificent performance during the regular season, managed to win four consecutive times and to end the Finals series with 4-2. As a reminder, Fenerbahce Ulker handed the two home defeats to Efes at the beginning, but the team of Ergin Ataman was strong enough to recover. Second player with double-digits in scoring was Marvis Thornton (194-G-77, college: St.John's) - 10 pts. Ender Arslan (190-G-83) and Mario Kasun (213-C-80) had 9 each, while Michail Kakiouzis (206-C-76) added one less. In Fenerbahce, Willie Solomon (187-G-78, college: Clemson) led the scorers with 14 pts. However, he made just 2 of 8 attempts from behind the arc. Emir Preldzic (206-F-87, agency: Beo Basket) also aas good netting 10 pts with just one missed shot.
Efes Pilsen totally outrebounded Fenerbahce Ulker in this game ending it with 39-26. The hosts also had troubles from the free throw line missing 11 times, while Efes had 13 of 17.
