Taquan Dean (193-G-83, college: Louisville) once again shined in victory collecting 17 points and 5 rebounds. Joel Freeland (208-F-87) had 15 points and 9 rebounds, Omar Cook (186-G-82, college: St.John's) (10 as) and Berni Rodriguez (197-F/G-80) scored 13 pts each, while Robert Archibald (212-C/F-80, agency: Priority Sports, college: Illinois) added 12 pts and 8 rebs. Marvis Thornton (194-G-77, college: St.John's) responded with 19 points and 6 boards in loss. Kaya Peker (207-C/F-80, agency: Court Side) and Bostjan Nachbar (207-G/F-80) posted 17 pts each. Unicaja had 23-20 lead after the opening period and later in the second quarter jumped to 43-36. After the breather, the hosts totally exploded. Taquan Dean was on fire, Omar Cook organized the plays in style, while Joel Freeland and Berni Rodriguez also were hot. They helped Unicaja to complete a run which allowed them fantastic 59-42 lead. However, Efes Pilsen immediately responded making 0-10 series and later managed to close the gap to 59-55 before the last quarter. With two minutes left the score was tied to 73-73, despite Unicaja had 71-68 before that and Efes was in 63-65 lead at the beginning of this period. Kaya Peker missed two FTs for Efes and Unicaja missed twice at the very end. The teams went to overtime, where Unicaja jumped to 80-77, thanks to bomb by Omar Cook. Later, Marvis Thornton brought Efes Pilsen to 87-86, but Berni Rodriguez drained a triple for Unicaja with less than one minute to go. Bostjan Nachbar was unsuccessful for 3 and Taquan Dean made a long range stroke lifting Unicaja to third straight Euroleague win.

Second Euroleague win for Fenerbahce Ulker this season. The Turkish squad was too much for the Croatian champion, who remains winless in Group A. Fenerbahce Ulker - Cibona 67-62

Omer Onan (194-G-78) was behind him scoring 11 points. On the other side, Cibona got 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists from Jamont Gordon (193-G/F-87, college: Mississippi St.). Antonio Graves (191-G-85, college: Pittsburgh) stopped on 14. Cibona had a better start creating 9-14 and later 11-18 lead after ten minutes of play. Fenerbahce responded quickly and mostly owing to Giricek, Asik and Savas completed impressive 16-0 run. That was a big turn and nice lead for the hosts, 32-24. However, Cibona did not give up and its players managed to tie the score until the half time to 32-32. The teams exchanged in lead couple of times after the breather, but still it was Fenerbahce Ulker who held 49-43 after 30 minutes. Kinsey and Erden made it in the finish of third period. At the middle of the last quarter Oguz Savas and his teammates made 5-0 run for 56-49 lead. Thanks to Greer they jumped to 59-51 soon after that, what turned as unreachable for Cibona tonight. In the end that is totally deserved 67-62 win for the Turkish representative.

Lynn Greer (186-G-79, college: Temple) this time was a key player for Fener collecting 24 points. Oguz Savas (208-C-87) had 16 and Gordon Giricek posted 12 points. Lance Williams answered with 18 points for the guests (1-2).
Karsiyaka - Kepez Bld 88-76 The top-scorer of TBL, Ryan Toolson (193-G-85, college: Utah Valley St.) had another productive game scoring 24 points and helping his Karsiyaka to reach the second victory this season. KZell Wesson (201-F/C-77, college: La Salle) was second scorer of the team with 17 points, while Andre Smith had 14 pts and 11 boards. In Kepez (1-2), Ersin Gorker delivered 18 points.
Galatasaray - Erdemir 98-89 Galatasaray was too strong for Erdemir jumping to 2-1 score in TBL. Darius Washington (188-G-85, college: Memphis) and Michael J Wilkinson (204-F-81, agency: Interperformances, college: Wisconsin) were the key players in victory draining 28 and 23 points respectively. Simas Jasaitis helped with 13. Erkan Veyseloglu shined with 30 points and 7 rebounds in loss, while Nathan Funk added 27 pts.
Darussafaka - Bornova 50-72 Bornova cruised past Darussafaka (0-3) in style registering second victory of the season. Joshua Shipp (196-G/F-86, college: UCLA) came up with 14 points and 7 rebounds, Ivan Koljevic (186-G-84) also scored 14 and Albert Brown netted 13 pts. The hosts got double-double from Jermareo Davidson, 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Antalya - Aliaga 97-59 Easy one for Antalya, despite both teams had 1-1 before this game. Darryl Thompson (173-G-85, agency: Hart Sports Mngm, college: Appalachian St.) led the hosts with 24 points. Aaron Jackson (193-G-86, college: Duquesne) was behind him with 20 points and 10 assists, while Serkan Inan scored 18 pts. Jack McClinton had 12 pts for the guests.
Tofas - Oyak Renault 77-74 2-1 for Tofas and 1-2 for Oyak Renault after this game. Sean Denison (210-F/C-85, college: Santa Clara) and Ilkan Karaman (205-F-90) led the winners scoring 18 and 16 points respectively. Joshua Heytvelt and Olumuyiwa Famutimi combined 36 points and 20 rebounds in defeat.
Mersin - Besiktas 74-85 Nice road win fro Besiktas, who kept the perfect record after 3 rounds. Lonny Baxter (203-C-79, agency: Priority Sports, college: Maryland) paced his team to victory with 22 points and 8 rebounds. Brad Newley (199-G-85) had 19 and Mire Chatman added 14 pts, 7 assists and 5 rebounds. In Mersin (0-3), James Baron and Altan Erol netted 20 points each.
