Usak Universitesi reinforced its roster at position 3. They signed a deal with American forward Justin Carter (193-F-87, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management, college: Creighton), according to Mackolik.com. The player finished last season with Tire Gucu Spor Kulubu. He shined with 18.4 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 2.5 apg and 1.7 spg for 25 games. Carter was named Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TB2L Honorable Mention -12. Justin Carter started the season with Vestel. There he had 14 ppg and 5.9 rpg for 12 games. In 2010/11 season the forward played for Slovakian team Vahostav-SK Zilina. He was one of the best players in the league with 20.9 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 2.5 spg and 2.4 apg for 38 games. Carter was named to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League 2nd Team -11 and also Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League Defensive Player of the Year -11. The player graduated at Creighton University in 2010.
