Sykes
Raymond Sykes (206-F/C-86, agency: Court Side, college: Clemson) will continue his career in Turkey. The American big guy penned a 1-year deal with Bandirma Kirmizi. Few days ago the team signed forward Gilbert Brown (198-F-87, college: Pittsburgh). Sykes spent last season with German BG Goettingen. He appeared 27 times with them in the league averaging 10.8 points and 5.8 rebounds. The player also added 13.5 ppg and 6.3 rpg for 6 games in EuroChalllenge. Before Goettingen, Raymond Sykes played for Venezuelan Trotamundos de Carabobo. In 2010/11 season the player had 14.1 ppg and 6.2 rpg in 48 games with the NBA D-League team Sioux Falls Skyforce. He was their member also in 2009/10. This summer Raymond Sykes played for Dominican Republic team San Carlos.

Fener.Ulker - Galatasaray 93-79 Fenerbahce toppled Galatasaray to secure 1-0 lead in the series. Fenerbahce Ulker outrebounded Galatasaray 30-18 including 20 on the defensive glass. Tofas - Sakarya BSB 81-70 Tofas rallied past Sakarya BSB to take 2-0 lead in the semifinal series. Tofas players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists.
