Hacettepe - Turk Telekom 75-78

Hacettepe and Turk Telekom met in a friendly game yesterday. It was a very exciting match and Turk Telekom grabbed 78-75 victory at the end. Cedrick Banks (190-G-81, agency: Higher Vision Sports, college: Ill.-Chicago) was a key player in Turk Telekom with 25 points. Their second scorer was Drago Pasalic (208-C/F-84) with 15 pts, while Miha Zupan (205-F/C-82) and Hazer Avci (206-F-87, agency: Court Side) posted 9 points each. In the loosing squad, Polat Kaya (197-G/F-86) and Ali Isik (206-C/F-90) delivered 14 points apiece. Cameron Bennerman (193-G-84, college: N.Carolina St.) and Courtney Eldridge (176-PG-80, agency: Alti Sport, college: NC-Greensboro) stopped to 13 and 12 points respectively. Hacettepe was better team at the beginning as they had 25-22 lead after opening ten minutes. Turk Telekom replied with 13-16 in Q2, so teams went to the HT with 38-38 tie. Turk Telekom made minimum lead at the end of Q3 and it was 58-57. Cedrick Banks and his teammates shined when it mattered most and managed to grab 78-75 victory in the finish.
