27-year old power forward Charles Rhodes (203-F/C-85) had a great game in the last round for Gaziantep and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Mersin (#16, 0-4), the league's bottom-ranked team 79-74. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on the top of the standings. Gaziantep maintains the 15th position in Turkish league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 3 games and recorded just one victory. Rhodes turned to be Gaziantep's top player in his first season with the team. Charles Rhodes averages this season 12.0ppg and 5.5rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Joshua Heytvelt (210-F/C-86) of Tofas. He is American forward in his first season at Tofas. In the last game Heytvelt recorded impressive 24 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. It was enough for Tofas to edge the higher-ranked Karsiyaka (#4, 3-1) by 1 point 95-94. This victory allowed Tofas to move up to 10th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 2-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Heytvelt is a newcomer at Tofas and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.8ppg (#9). He also registered 5.3 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center Boniface Ndong (213-C-77) of league's second-best Galatasaray. Ndong scored 20 points. He was a key player of Galatasaray, leading his team to a 81-62 easy win against the lower-ranked Olin Edirne (#11, 1-3). Galatasaray started extremely well this year. They recorded 4 victories without losing a single game. Ndong turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Ndong has a very solid season. In 4 games in Turkey he scored 10.0ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Orhan Haciyeva (200-PF-89) of Aliaga - 15 points and 16 rebounds
5. Sean Marshall (198-G/F-85) of Erdemir - 18 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists
6. Drago Pasalic (208-C/F-84) of Turk Telekom - 24 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists
7. Bojan Bogdanovic (203-SG-89) of Fener.Ulker - 18 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Charles Davis (205-C-84) of Banvit BK - 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists
9. Keith Simmons (196-G-85) of Banvit BK - 20 points and 2 rebounds
10. Omar Sneed (198-F-76) of Mersin - 24 points and 9 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
