The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The game between second ranked Gure (10-3) and fourth ranked Sirince (9-4) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. Gure was defeated by Sirince in a tough game in Balikesir 68-72. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Gure. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-68. 29 personal fouls committed by Gure helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Dilara Tongar (169-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists. Center Melike Yalcinkaya (189-93) contributed with 16 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Center Deniz Selin Ekiz (189-89) answered with 14 points and 8 rebounds for Gure. Newly promoted Sirince maintains fourth place in Group C with 9-4 record. Gure at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. Sirince are looking forward to face league's second-placed Edirne at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Gure will play against Bigaspor in Canakkale and is hoping to win this game.
An interesting game for Nallihan (12-1) which played road game in Istanbul against 4th placed Dizdar (9-4). First ranked Nallihan managed to get a 5-point victory 73-68. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Dizdar. American power forward Sharon Houston (191-88, college: Indiana NW) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 29 rebounds for the winners and Dilek Topdemir chipped in 16 points. At the losing side Merve Uygul (-88) responded with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Nallihan have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place in Group A with 12-1 record. Newly promoted Dizdar keeps the fourth position with four games lost. Nallihan will play against league's second-placed Botas in Adana in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Dizdar will play on the road against Altay Konak in Izmir and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Orduspor (10-1) which hosted in Ordu 4th placed Asistanbul (7-5). First ranked Orduspor had an easy win 80-55. Miranda Ayim nailed 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Orduspor's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ayse Cora came up with 16 points and 9 rebounds for Asistanbul in the defeat. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Orduspor. They maintain first place in Group B with 10-1 record. Newly promoted Asistanbul keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Orduspor will meet Nevsehir Uni. (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Asistanbul will play against Orman (#3) in Ankara and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
TKB2L top team - Cankaya (13-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked Harran Uni. (3-10) in Ankara 80-52. Ozge Turmus fired 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the thirteenth consecutive win for Cankaya. They maintain first place in Group C with 13-0 record. Newly promoted Harran Uni. keeps the eighth position with ten games lost. Cankaya's next round opponent will be Balcova (#6) in Izmir which should be theoretically another easy game. Harran Uni. will play at home against Tekkekoy in Samsun.

Other games in round 13 were not that significant.
In Group A Yunus was smashed by Altay Konak on the road 132-54. Burhaniye Bld destroyed Celtispor on its own court 106-31. Botas outscored Yalova in Adana 76-38.
In Group B winless Harranspor recorded a loss to Nevsehir Uni. at home 47-65. Izmir BSB was defeated by Bursa BSB on the opponent's court 74-57. Mersin Univ. beat Anadolu Univ. in a home game 61-53.
In Group C Bigaspor lost to Tekkekoy on the road 55-62. Edirne outscored Nigde T.T. on its own court 97-22. Sakarya recorded a loss to Balcova in Izmir 75-77.
The most impressive performance of 13th round was 31 points and 9 assists by Begum Serbest of Burhaniye Bld.

55 Genclik - Bakospor 20-0

Altay Konak - Yunus 132-54

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Altay Konak (11-2) crushed 7th ranked Yunus (5-8) in Izmir 132-54 on Sunday. Altay Konak dominated down low during the game scoring 84 of its points in the paint compared to Yunus' 26. Altay Konak forced 33 Yunus turnovers and outrebounded them 54-27 including a 24-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 38 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Yunus' players. It was a very good performance for guard Deniz Boz (172-82) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points, 6 rebounds, 16 assists and 8 steals. American forward LaToya Thomas (188-81, college: Mississippi St., agency: Ronsport) contributed with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Five Altay Konak players scored in double figures. Altay Konak had such big advantage that coach felt comfortable to give the chance to play for 10 players saving starting five for next games. Huriye Ilaslan (-91) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and guard Tugce Erden (165-88) added 22 points in the effort for Yunus. Altay Konak moved-up to second place in Group A, which they share with Botas. Newly promoted Yunus keeps the seventh position with eight games lost. Altay Konak will face Dizdar (#4) in Istanbul in the next round. Yunus will play at home against 55 Genclik in Samsun and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Everything went according to plan when third ranked Bursa BSB (10-2) defeated at home 5th ranked Izmir BSB (6-6) 74-57 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Bursa BSB. Izmir BSB was better in third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bursa BSB forced 19 Izmir BSB turnovers.
