Marcus Hall
American Marcus Hall (185-G-85) put on an amazing game in the last round for Darussafaka and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com TB2L Player of the Week award for round 22.
The 27-year old guard got a double-double of 20 points and ten assists, while his team crushed Baskent Genclik (#12, 10-12) with 18-point margin 88-70. Darussafaka is placed at 5th position in Turkish TB2L. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Darussafaka will need more victories to improve their 13-9 record. In the team's last game Hall had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be Darussafaka's top player in his first season with the team. University of Colorado graduate has very impressive stats this year. Hall is in league's top in points (8th best: 18.0ppg), assists (4th best: 4.9apg) and averages solid 51.3% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 29-year old American swingman Vincent Grier (195-G/F-83) of Pi Koleji. Grier impressed basketball fans with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course he lead Pi Koleji to another comfortable win 91-78 over the higher-ranked Usak (#1, 16-6) being unquestionably team leader. Pi Koleji's 16th position in the standings has not changed. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 7-15 record. Grier is one of the most experienced players at Pi Koleji and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Robert Lowery (188-PG-87) of Balikesir (#9). Lowery showcased his all-around game by recording 16 points, twelve rebounds (!!!) and six assists in the last round. He was a key player of Balikesir, leading his team to a 67-61 win against slightly higher-ranked Akhisar Bld (#7, 13-9). Balikesir needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 12 victories and 10 lost games. Lowery has a great season in Turkey. After 16 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.2ppg (3rd best). He also has FGP: 50.4% and 3PT: 44.9%.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Dogukan Sonmez (206-C-92) of Istanbulspor - 15 points and 17 rebounds
5. Recep Dogrusoz (86) of Istanbul B.B. - 23 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists
6. Jayme Miller (203-F-85) of Istanbul B.B. - 17 points and 13 rebounds
7. Jurica Zuza (207-C-78) of Trabzonspor - 21 points and 6 rebounds
8. Orbay Kaya (205-F/C-82) of Maliye Milli - 17 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists
9. Marshall Moses (198-F-89) of Final Genclik - 17 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Tufan Onen (202-F-89) of Bandirma Kir. - 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
