In 33 games he averaged 10.7ppg and 5.0rpg this season. Lasme also played 28 games in Euroleague where he had 8.9ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.0bpg. He helped them to make it to the quarterfinals. A very good season in his career as he was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Euroleague 2nd Team. The previous season Lasme played also at Panathinaikos (A1) in Greek league. In 32 games he had 9.8ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.2bpg last season. He contributed to his team winning the league title despite they ended the regular season at the second place. It was a very successful season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 League Import Player of the Year, Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 League Defensive Player of the Year and selected to 1st Team. Lasme also played 28 games in Euroleague where he had 10.0ppg, 6.1rpg and 1.9bpg. Indeed an impressive season as he was selected to Eurobasket.com Euroleague All-Imports Team and 3rd Team.
In 2007 Lasme was drafted by Jackson Wildcats (USBL) in third round (22nd overall).
He attended University of Massachusetts and it is his seventh season in pro basketball. Lasme received All-Atlantic 10 Player of the Year award back in 2007 at his college time. Lasme represented Gabon at the African Championships in Algeria nine years ago.
He is a very experienced player. Lasme has played also professionally in Israel (Maccabi Electra Tel-Aviv), Russia (Spartak St.Petersburg), Serbia (Partizan), Spain (Blusens Monbus), NBA (Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors) and D-League (Maine Red Claws).
His game is described as: (by Matthew Maurer for NBADraft.net in 2007)
Extremely mobile and athletic player. Runs the court like a guard and shows rare lateral quickness for a player his size. Fluent shot blocker capable of dominating the lane. Excellent out of position rebounder. Plays the game with raw aggression and passion. Underrated post passer who has little problems identifying open players.
Has problems setting up in the low post as he is often rooted out due to lack of body strength. Still learning the nuances of the game which really show up in his court awareness
