There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in TBL.

TBL top team - Eskisehir Basket (26-6) added another victory to their record on Saturday. This time they beat tenth ranked Bandirma Kir. (14-18) in Edirne 83-79. Eskisehir Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Bandirma Kir.'s players. 25 personal fouls committed by Bandirma Kir. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a quality performance of American swingman Sean Marshall (198-85, college: Boston Coll.) who helped to win the game recording 26 points (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and the former international center Cemal Nalga (213-87, agency: BeoBasket) who added 8 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. Talat-Alp Altunbey (204-94) responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds. Eskisehir Basket maintains first position with 26-6 record, which they share with Socar Petkim. Bandirma Kir. at the other side keeps the tenth place with 18 games lost. Eskisehir Basket is looking forward to face Afyon Bld (#5) in Afyonkarahisar in the next round. Bandirma Kir. will play at home against Yalova Bld (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game took place in Istanbul where higher ranked Acibadem (20-12) was upset on its own court by ninth ranked Turk Telekom (18-14) 95-82. The winners were led by American power forward Darryl Monroe (201-86, college: George Mason) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and Serhat Cetin supported him with 19 points and 9 assists. Even a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds by American forward Jason Maxiell (201-83, college: Cincinnati) did not help to save the game for Acibadem. Acibadem's coach Serhan Aydanarig rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Turk Telekom maintains ninth position with 18-14 record. Acibadem at the other side dropped to the sixth place with 12 games lost. Turk Telekom will play against Akhisar Bld (#11) at home in the next round. Acibadem will play against Muglaorman (#18) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
12th ranked Yalova Bld (12-20) was outscored at home by ninth ranked Samsun (18-13) with the biggest margin this round 101-76 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Yalova Bld. The best player for the winners was Jerry Smith who scored 19 points and 7 assists. Ahmet Tunali produced 23 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the hosts. Yalova Bld's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Samsun have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighth place. Yalova Bld at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the twelfth position with 20 games lost. Samsun will meet at home Pertevniyal (#14) in the next round where they are favorite. Yalova Bld will play against Bandirma Kir. in Balikesir and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 32: Sakarya BSB destroyed Akhisar Bld on the opponent's court 92-69. Bursaspor outscored Mugla Orman in a home game 84-65. Afyon managed to beat Duzce Bld. on the road 70-60. Mamak DSI defeated Final Genclik on its own court 118-104. Istanbulspor was smashed by Socar Petkim in a road game 93-74. Pertevniyal won against Gelisim at home 68-62.

The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Sakarya BSB maintains third position with 26-7 record having just one point less than leader Eskisehir Basket. Loser Akhisar Bld keeps the eleventh place with 19 games lost. Sakarya BSB will meet at home Mamak DSI (#16) in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
