BC Odessa secured the services of Stanislav Balashov (210-C-79, agency: New Trend Agency) and Rostyslav Kryvych (197-F/G-78) for the next season. Stanislav Balashov will enter the fourth straight season with BC Odessa. Last season the centre posted 4.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per gme in Superleague. Previously Stanislav Balashov had stints with Ferro-ZNTU, Cherkasy, Budivelnyk, Politekhnika Kharkiv, BC Kyiv and Bipa Moda Odessa. He was the member of Ukrainian National Team in 2001/2005 seasons. Rostyslav Kryvych joined BC Odessa in October 2010. Last season the forward notched 11.6 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game in Superleague. Previously the sharpshooter had spells for Azovmash, BC Donetsk, Hoverla and Sumykhimprom. He was the member of Ukrainian National Team in 2005/10 seasons. Rostyslav Kryvych also played for Ukrainian University National Team.

American guard Malcolm Delaney (191-89, college: Virginia Tech) responded with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and forward Volodymyr Egorov (200-91) scored 16 points and 6 assists. Budivelnyk's coach Ainars Bagatskis rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
