EUROBASKET HAD THE PLEASURE OF SITTING COURTSIDE WITH MARCUS "MONEY" CRENSHAW THIS PAST WEEKEND. THE ALL EUROBASKET POINT GUARD TOOK TIME TO SHARE HIS THOUGHTS ON THE UPCOMING SEASON, AS WELL AS WHAT HE HAS BEEN DOING IN THE INTERIM OF HIS SIGNING TO RE-JOIN THE ACTION ON THE HARDWOOD.

EU: MARCUS, THANKS FOR SITTING WITH US. HOW HAVE YOU BEEN DOING? WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING SINCE SEASON'S END?
MC:I have been good just getting things together for my next journey in life since leaving Ukraine last year. Im super excited about it.

EU: HAVING EXPERIENCE IN POLAND, SLOVENIA & BOSNIA, WHAT ARE YOU VIEWS ON THE LIFE OF THE EUROPEAN PRO BASKETBALL PLAYER? TELL US FROM AN IMPORT PLAYER'S POINT OF VIEW.
MC: Funny you asked this question. My views are bitter/sweet about the whole European ball experience. I had some great moments and i had some down moments, but i no its all apart of the game and adapting to another culture. There are some things i don't like about European basketball like late payments and things of this nature and sometimes no payments, but i really enjoyed playing ball and seeing new things, plus i meet some of my best friends and lots of connections playing overseas. At the end of the day, it was all a great experience, being from the East side of Detroit, its rare to see anyone even get the opportunity to play ball in a different country, so all in all its been a blessing..

EU: HAVE YOU ANY DESIRE TO JUMP BACK INTO COMPETITION, AS A PLAYER OR IN SOME FORM OF MANAGEMENT?
MC:Nah, i actually not looking to jump back into it as a player, i felt like it was time to put my other talents on display as well as use my business since. I believe i had my run playing basketball and it was great, I personally believe in doing new things because life has no limits and endless possibilities. Yes i actually have my own management company , its called "94 FT ENT" it's a company that has many legs. Music, Talent Management/Adviser, Athletes tax services, and Basketball showcases just to name a few. I actually the manager/Adviser for 2 current players playing in Israel right now and 1 in poland and I just started my company a few months ago, so now my eyes are open for new talent . I decide to do my music thing, run my business and step behind the scenes in basketball.

EU: WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS ARE YOU NOW WORKING ON?
MC: My company 94 feet has lots of great things cooking. First i have this Basketball showcase that im putting on in Michigan to help players get overseas. Michigan has so many young talented players still sitting at home and should be playing. So im going to help change that. I also have my free album and more videos coming for my supporters i have already, and Also to gain the attention of those who are not familiar with Money Cren already, but lots of people who play ball are getting familiar with my music. I have plenty more things coming cant just give it all away lol

EU: ANY WORD FOR THE ASPIRING PLAYER OUT THERE?
MC:Yes of course I would like to tell all my aspiring players out there first "DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS". It's possible to play PRO BALL, don't let anyone tell you what you can't do it because maybe they didn't do it, Keep a good attitude and stay focus and you can make it happen. O YEAH last but not least listen to my music for inspiration lol lol :))

EU: ANY WORD FOR YOUR FANS? THOSE THAT ARE ANXIOUSLY WAITING TO HERE FROM YOU ON YOUR WHEREABOUTS AND HOW YOU HAVE BEEN DOING?
MC: To all the people who have supported me from Cal state fullerton to my years overseas i just wan't to first say thank you.I don't call them fans i call them supporters. I got alot of things coming so you will be hearing alot from me and my company in the near future. I have been getting this showcase in Michigan together and working on this free album. I actually have been workin on my situation with Footlocker, joint venture with 94 FT ENT for my music distribution. It's Just been alot of grindin and business...Also check out my new video on YOUTUBE "GO FOR 30" below if you haven;t seen it already, its doing pretty well almost 50,000 views already. Also Follow me on twitter @MONEYCREN you can always reach me there i stay tweetin lol.
