Undefeated leader Musson delivered the thirteenth consecutive win on Saturday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Ternopil-TNEU (0-9) 81-49 in Symferopil. The game without a history. Musson led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Ternopil-TNEU's 20. Musson forced 21 Ternopil-TNEU turnovers and had a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was Russian center Dmitri Lipovtsev (207-C-86) who scored 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Russian guard Roman Legonkov (201-89) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Anton Nifonton (190-89) produced 12 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Musson (13-0) have an impressive 13-game winning streak. Newly promoted Musson maintains first position with a perfect record of 13 victories in a row. Ternopil-TNEU at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost. They share the position with BK Kremen. Musson are again looking forward to face bottom-ranked Ternopil-TNEU (#10) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Ternopil-TNEU will have a break next round.
Bottom-ranked BK Kremen (0-9) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 107-59 loss to second ranked Khartsyzsk (10-1) in Kremenchuk. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Point guard Pavlo Copich (180-86) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Sergei Sabutskyy contributed with 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Khartsyzsk's coach Vladimir Bryaukhavetshy felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sergiy Shevtsov replied with 13 points and 5 assists for BK Kremen. Khartsyzsk have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 10-1 record having five points less than leader Musson. BK Kremen at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost. They share the position with Ternopil. Khartsyzsk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. BK Kremen will play again at home against the league's second-placed Khartsyzsk (#2) in Donetsk and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Kirovograd was also quite interesting. Top-ranked Avantazh-Politekhnik (7-0) played at the court of 5th ranked Kirovograd (5-8). Avantazh-Politekhnik managed to secure a 8-point victory 82-74 on Saturday. Anton Rochnyak had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. Anton Rozhkov responded with 20 points and 5 rebounds. Undefeated Avantazh-Politekhnik have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 7-0 record having 6 victories less than leader Musson. Kirovograd lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with eight games lost. Avantazh-Politekhnik will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kirovograd will play again against Avantazh-Politekhnik (#3) in Kharkov and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Lutsk was also worth to mention about. 7th ranked Koksokh-Stal (4-9) played at the court of eighth ranked VolinBasket (3-4). VolinBasket managed to secure a 5-point victory 81-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Koksokh-Stal. Bogdan Karebin notched 23 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort. VolinBasket's coach Sergei Smityukh allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. VolinBasket maintains eighth position with 3-4 record. Koksokh-Stal at the other side dropped to the sixth place with nine games lost. VolinBasket's next round opponent will be again higher ranked Koksokh-Stal (#7) in Alchevsk and it may be quite challenging game.

In the last game of round 14 Pulsar was defeated by Tornado in Odessa 107-90.
The best stats of 14th round was 24 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists by Igor Meshcheryakov of Tornado.


Tornado - Pulsar 107-90

There was no surprise in Odessa where 6th ranked BC-93 Pulsar (4-9) was defeated by fourth ranked Tornado (7-4) 107-90. BC-93 Pulsar was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 35-17 charge of Tornado, which allowed them to win the game. They shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 63.2 percentage. Tornado players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by BC-93 Pulsar's players. Forward Igor Meshcheryakov (204-86) notched 24 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and swingman Denys Parvadov (198-88) supported him with 24 points and 7 rebounds. Even 25 points, 6 assists and 4 steals (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) by guard Ilya Shemosyuk (188-85) did not help to save the game for BC-93 Pulsar. Center Roman Novikov (203-92) added 17 points and 11 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tornado have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 7-4 record. BC-93 Pulsar at the other side keeps the sixth place with nine games lost. Tornado's next round opponent will be again BC-93 Pulsar (#6) in Rovno.
