Moore
American forward Cameron Moore (208-F-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Ferro-ZNTU, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 33.
The 22-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 17 rebounds, while his team beat BC Odessa (#13, 5-17) 80-73. Thanks to this victory Ferro-ZNTU moved-up to the 3rd position in the Ukrainian Superleague. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Ferro-ZNTU will need more victories to improve their 17-6 record. Moore turned to be Ferro-ZNTU's top player in his first season with the team. Former University of Alabama at Birmingham star has very solid stats this year. Moore. Moore is in league's top in points (9th best: 16.2ppg) and averages impressive 60.2% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 33-year old American Lynn Greer (186-PG-79) of league's second-best Azovmash. Greer had a very good evening with a double-double of 20 points and 14 assists. It was enough for Azovmash to edge the lower-ranked BC Kyiv (#14, 5-19) 90-86. This victory allowed Azovmash to move up to second position in the standings. His team's 17-5 record is not bad at all. Greer is a newcomer at Azovmash, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Azovmash's star - American guard Manny Harris (196-G-89). Harris scored 19 points and grabbed sixteen rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Azovmash, helping his team with a 90-86 win against the lower-ranked BC Kyiv (#14, 5-19). Azovmash needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 17 victories and 5 lost games. Harris has a very solid season. In 12 games in Ukraine he scored 13.8ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Darius Songaila (204-C/F-78) of BC Donetsk - 28 points and 13 rebounds
5. Vyacheslav Bobrov (201-F-92) of BC Kyiv - 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists
6. James Florence (185-G-88) of Kryvbasbasket - 29 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists
7. Manny Harris (196-G-89) of Azovmash - 23 points and 3 rebounds
8. Lynn Greer (186-PG-79) of Azovmash - 17 points, 6 rebounds and 14 assists
9. Derrick Zimmerman (191-G-81) of DniproAzot - 11 points, 8 rebounds and 12 assists
10. Malcolm Delaney (191-G-89) of Budivelnyk - 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
