Sozh Gomel step onto the pedestal of Belarus as they finished third in the country. In the series for the third place the team overcame Svisloch 3-1. Five Ukrainians step onto the pedestal. Sergei Dadukin (198-F-83), Sergei Miakinin (206-F/C-86), Dmytro Khodov (203-F-87), Maksym Ozhegov (190-G-90) and Ivan Kaliayev (201-F-87) contributed into the team victory.

The best for the losing side was Sergei Dadukin with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and the former Siarhei Charykau scored 20 points and 5 assists. In Game 4 Sozh Gomel grabbed an 88:86 win and won the series. Svisloch was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Sergei Dadukin who led his team to a victory with 32 points and 8 rebounds. Kiril Sitnik contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Oleksandr Dolenko answered with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Ilya Sharipov added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Svisloch. Five Svisloch players scored in double figures.

But Ferro-ZNTU shifted the gear in the second period. The visitors unloaded 28 points to gain a 9-point halftime lead. Ferro-ZNTU stayed aggressive offensively in the second half. They sank 25 points in the third quarter to build a 12-point lead before the fourth stanza. Halychyna managed just 7 points in the fourth quarter as Ferro-ZNTU sealed the victory at the end.
