Czech Republic beat Ukraine once again. In Game 2 the Czechs posted a 74:67 victory winning the Rebounds of the game 38-25.
Czech Republic opened the game with 22-16 and increased to 15 points at the halftime. The board showed 42:27 when the teams disappeared in the lockers. Ukraine managed to reduce the gap in the third quarter and trailed 62:51 with 10 minutes to go. Moreover the cut it to final 7 points and looked better in the last period.
Jana Vesela (194-PF-83) , Zrustova and Lenka Bartakova (175-G-91) top-scored for the winners with 9 points each. Katerina Elhotova (180-SG-89) and Krizova posted 8 points each in a win. Alina Iagupova (186-G/F-92, agency: LBM Management) ended up with 12 points in the losing effort, whilst Olena Ogorodnikova (186-F-81) produced 10. Inna Kochubei (174-G-82) and Mircheva followed them with 8 points each in a loss.
Czech Republic made 24 turnovers versus 21 from Ukraine.

Czech Republic won over Ukraine in the opener of two friendly game between two sides. The Czechs posted a comfortable 83:60 victory in Game 1. Ukraine played fourth game in five days already.
Czech Republic easily started with 24-13 lead and never looked behind. Both teams scored 17 points each in the second frame as Czech Republic enjoyed an 11-point lead at the halftime. Moreover the second half also belonged to the favorites. Czech Republic won the third quarter 18-11 and finished the game with 24-19 rally in the last quarter.
Zrustova paced all the winners with 13 points and Kamila Stepanova (191-C-88) as well as Tereza Peckova (189-F-87) delivered 10 each. Romana Hejdova (184-F-88) and Katerina Hindrakova (176-G/F-88) scored 9 points apiece in a win. Alina Iagupova (186-G/F-92, agency: LBM Management) answered with 24 points for Ukraine. Ganna Zarytska (182-F-86, agency: Data Plus Group) had 10 and Mircheva notched 6.
