Great Britain-China 90:58

Great Britain edge China in London as both teams finished Group B of the Olympics 2012. The hosts finished the journey with the comfortable 90:58 win and improved to 1-4 record. China lost all five games and dropped at 0-5 record on the bottom of the group.
Great Britain started the game with 27-15 and never looked behind after. The hosts added 19-16 in the second frame for 46:31 at the halftime. Great Britain dominated also the second half. They won the third period 26-17 and finished the game with 18-10.
Kieron Achara (208-F/C-83, agency: Two Points, college: Duquesne) top-scored for the winners with 16 points and Nathan Reinking (188-G-73, college: Kent St.) posted 12. Drew Sullivan (203-F-80, agency: Interperformances, college: Villanova) delivered 11 and Kyle Johnson (195-G-88, college: LIU Brooklyn) added 9. Wang ZhiZhi (215-C-77) finished the game with 11 points in the losing effort, while Jianlian Yi (212-PF-87) collected 10 points and 14 rebounds. Wang ShiPeng (198-SG-83) scored 9 and Zhou Peng (210-F-89) chipped in with 8.
