Irish forward Colin O'Reilly (200-F-84) had an amazing evening in the last round for Plymouth R., receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 28-year old player was the main contributor (29 points, six rebounds and five assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat London Lions (#7, 4-7) 108-98. Plymouth R. is placed at 4th position in British BBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Plymouth R. will need more victories to improve their 6-3 record. In the team's last game O'Reilly had a remarkable 69.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Plymouth R.'s top player in his first season with the team. Former Post University star has very solid stats this year. O'Reilly is in league's top in points (9th best: 17.8ppg) and averages impressive 61.3% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 29-year old Scottish power forward Kieron Achara (208-F/C-83, agency: Two Points) of Glasgow Rocks. Achara had a very good evening with a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds. It was enough for Glasgow Rocks to edge the higher-ranked Surrey Heat (#3, 7-2) 82-76. Glasgow Rocks' 6th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 5-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Achara is a newcomer at Glasgow Rocks, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Glasgow Rocks' star - Scottish forward Kieron Achara (208-F/C-83, agency: Two Points). Achara scored 23 points and grabbed six rebounds. He was another key player of Glasgow Rocks, helping his team with a 97-84 easy win against slightly higher-ranked Plymouth R. (#4, 6-3). Glasgow Rocks needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 3 lost games. Achara has a great season in United Kingdom. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.3rpg (8th best). He also has FGP: 53.5% and 3PT: 47.6%.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Chavis Holmes (193-G-86) of Surrey Heat - 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists
5. Zaire Taylor (193-G-86) of Leicester R. - 23 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists
6. Orlan Jackman (196-F-88) of London Lions - 29 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
7. Drew Sullivan (203-F-80) of Leicester R. - 17 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists
8. Connor Washington (184-PG-92) of Leicester R. - 24 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists
9. Pavol Losonsky (203-F-88) of Leicester R. - 14 points and 13 rebounds
10. EJ Harrison (186-PG-76) of Glasgow Rocks - 22 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
