Justin Knox (205-F, college: N.Carolina) pens deal with Minsk-2006 for the next season. The American Forward comes from North Carolina.
In 2007-2008 Justin started for Alabama (NCAA) and in 19 games averaged 1.7ppg, 1.9rpg. In 2008-2009 for Alabama he improved to 5.7ppg, 5.1rpg, FGP: 48.3%, FT: 69.2%. In
2009-2010 his stats read 6.3ppg, 3.7rpg, FGP: 43.9%, 3PT: 100.0%, FT: 73.3%. In 2010-2011 he moved to N.Carolina (NCAA, starting five) and in 37 games averaged 4.6ppg, 3.2rpg. In 2011 participated at Team Munich (Eurobasket Summer League in Cologne, Germany, starting five) and in 3 games averaged 14.3ppg, 9.3rpg. When Team Munich beat Team Belgrade 107:103 it led by a strong performance from Nicholas Pederson (23 points and 7rebounds) who captured the attention of a few European scouts..Justin Knox the former North Carolina Tar Heel player was impressive with a 17pts and 8rbs performance that helped Munich defeat Belgrade 107-103. In Game 1 Team Seville featuring Coach Darrell Armstrong beat Team Munich 82-79 in a hard fought battle that was not decided until the final end of the game.One of the keys to the game was the offensive rebounding of the Seville Team and the offensive output of Tony Davis who scored 22 points and 12 rebounds.Team Munich was lead by former UNC Tar Heel player Justin Knox poured in a double-double scoring 12pts and 12rbs.
Last season he became ACC Regular Season Champion -11, ACC Tournament Finalist -11, NCAA Elite Eight -11 and Eurobasket Summer League in Cologne Winner -11. He was the Southeastern Conference's Scholar Athlete of the Year in men's basketball in 2009

27-year old forward Kevin Jones (206-F-89) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Lokomotiv and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 16. He had the game-high 26 points adding four rebounds and two assists for Lokomotiv in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Enisey (#8, 5-9) 86-85. Eighth-ranked Enisey (5-9) used its home court advantage to challenge second ranked Lokomotiv (11-2) in Krasnoyarsk on Sunday. The visitors from Kuban managed to secure only one-point victory 86-85. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 25-18 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Experienced U.S. Virgin Islands-Guyanese Frank Elegar (208-C-86) had a very impressive game in the last round for Enisey and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15. The 30-year old center had a double-double of 27 points and sixteen rebounds, while his team lost the game against Avtodor (#9, 4-8) 87-94. Enisey maintains the 8th position in VTB United League .
