Date: November 2, 2012 Olympiacos clinched the second win in EuroLeague Group C. They held off visiting Cedevita. Vassilis Spanoulis notched 21 points and issued 7 assists to lead the hosts.
Olympiacos ensured a slim 22:16 lead after ten minutes. Cedevita surprised the hosts with a 15:3 run in the second quarter. However Kostas Papanikolaou and Vassilis Spanoulis gave the lead back to the home side as they clinched a 42:35 halftime advantage. The teams stayed close throughout the third quarter. Olympiacos arrived at the final intermission up by 3 points 56:53. The Croatian team started the final quarter strong. They surged ahead for a 7-point lead. The hosts denied the deficit and it all came down to the final seconds in this one. Suton missed one of two free throws, while Sloukas sank two free throw attempts to seal the victory for Olympiacos. Kostas Papanikolaou recorded 14 points, while Georgios Printezis added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the winning case. Miro Bilan responded with 16 points for Cedevita. Luksa Andric netted 15 points in defeat.
