American guard Chester Simmons (196-82, college: Washington) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Forward Nikita Balashov (207-91) contributed with 10 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Krasnie Krilya's coach Sergey Bazarevich used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Ramel Curry (192-80, college: CSU Bakersfield) answered with 14 points and Lithuanian power forward Darius Songaila (204-78, college: Wake Forest, agency: Priority Sports) added 12 points in the effort for BC Donetsk. Krasnie Krilya (3-2) moved-up to third place, which they share with 5 other teams. Defending Ukrainian champion BC Donetsk keeps the sixth position with three games lost.
