Very expected game when 12th ranked Rosa Radom (2-8) was defeated at home by fifth ranked AZS Koszalin (6-3) 97-91 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 6 points after three quarters before their 30-18 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Rosa Radom was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. American power forward Darrell Harris (208-84, college: Rhode Island) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and international guard Lukasz Wisniewski (186-84, college: Barton County CC, agency: Promotex) chipped in 18 points and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was American guard J.J. Montgomery (196-82, college: Arkansas St.) with 23 points and 7 rebounds and guard Artur Donigiewicz (185-84) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. Four AZS Koszalin and five Rosa Radom players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. AZS Koszalin moved-up to third place, which they share with Stelmet ZG and Trefl Sopot. Rosa Radom lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with eight games lost. AZS Koszalin will face league's leader Energa Czarni in Slupsk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Rosa Radom will play on the road against Kotwica (#8) in Kolobrzeg.
